ABOUT Register of Members

Every company whether Public Limited/ Private Limited is required to maintain the Register of Members. The company is required to enter various details about the members such as:

  1. Name of the Member
  2. Address (registered office address in case the member is body corporate)
  3. E-mail address
  4. Permanent Account Number (PAN) or CIN etc.


Every Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and now under Companies Act, 2013 is required to maintain Register of Members.
